Contract History
The contract history function allows you to retrieve a copy of an invoice and have it displayed right to your screen. No more searching file cabinets or old boxes looking for an invoice, just search by the customer's name, address, contract number, roll number or product to show the invoice. Within seconds you can have an invoice from last month or last year displayed on your screen.
Need to research a roll of carpet because it was found to be defective months after it was installed? Does a customer want to match up the carpet that was installed in his living room and have the same carpet installed in their bedroom? All this information and more can be pulled up using the contract history function.
